How do you typically start an engagement?
With a short discovery pass: the operating problem, constraints, audiences, and what must remain true after launch. That becomes a clear scope before implementation starts.
Do you take on architecture-only work?
Yes. Some engagements stop at system design, decision records, and a delivery plan. Others continue through implementation and production operations.
How does private repository review work?
Public repositories open on GitHub. Private source uses a controlled request based on GitHub username, least-privilege permissions, and time-limited access.
What time zones do you work in?
Based in Kabul and working with global teams. Communication is async-first, with scheduled overlap when decisions need to be made together.
