Engineering contribution

What I designed and delivered.

01

Translated a real humanitarian training workflow into one role-aware application, from beneficiary assessment to enrollment, classes, attendance, payments, and reporting.

02

Designed an automatic QR attendance flow around printed student identity cards while preserving manual attendance for operational resilience.

03

Created trainer and BPL workflows that support student management, class transfers, schedules, attendance review, and cash-distribution coordination.

04

Built printable attendance reports, student profiles, QR cards, permissions, and administrative controls for day-to-day field use.

Operational capability

Workflows designed
for real users.

Product behavior is presented in operational terms rather than as a list of generic CRUD screens.

Beneficiary survey, interview, and assessment before enrollment.

Enrollment into six-month or one-year practical-skills programs intended to improve financial independence and family livelihoods.

QR-based automatic attendance using system-generated student ID cards.

Manual attendance, monthly attendance reports, and printable outputs.

BPL department workflows for coordinating the AFN 7,000 monthly participant payment process.

Trainer dashboards for student, class, schedule, and transfer management.

Student profiles, permissions, reports, and operational auditability.

Architecture

How the system
is composed.
