A locally deployed and actively maintained project-management system for beneficiary assessment, enrollment, practical-skills training, QR and manual attendance, reporting, monthly payment coordination, and trainer operations—supporting programs intended to strengthen participants’ financial independence and household resilience.

Translated a real humanitarian training workflow into one role-aware application, from beneficiary assessment to enrollment, classes, attendance, payments, and reporting.
Designed an automatic QR attendance flow around printed student identity cards while preserving manual attendance for operational resilience.
Created trainer and BPL workflows that support student management, class transfers, schedules, attendance review, and cash-distribution coordination.
